Collered pins? it that coloured or collared?
Many of the people on the site tend to dollplay just in things like second life, so unless you find a mapping site that allows you to add a big imaginary continent in the atlantic called "teh intaweb", this may be a bad idea.

Also, a lot of people don't want their fetish life that traceable, so it'd have to be opt in.

May be interesting though.
